Something not working, or a question
Write to us. This is not a company with a support desk. It is a parent who built this for his own family, so answers come in a day or two. If someone has lost access to a child's record, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
What helps us answer faster
- Where you were: the phone app or the website.
- What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- The email address or username you sign in with.
Please do not send anything about your child's health by email. We do not need it to fix an app problem, and email is not a safe place for it.
The things people ask most
I can't sign in
Ask for a sign-in code. It is six digits, it arrives by email, and it is good for a few minutes. If it does not come, look in spam, then ask for a new one. A new code cancels the old one. Helpers who joined through an invite link sign in with a username, not an email.
The invite link says it has expired
An invite works once and lasts seven days. Ask the parent who sent it to make a new one. That is a few taps for them, and the old link stops working.
I want to delete my account
In the app: You → Delete account. On the website: the link at the bottom of any page. You are signed out everywhere at once. What you wrote in the child's record stays, without your name on it, so the other parent does not lose half of it. Signing in during the grace period calls the deletion off.
I want a copy of everything
Write to us from the address on the account and ask. The record belongs to the family, not to us.
Someone sees more, or less, than I meant
A helper (daycare, for example) sees this week's focus and can add what they noticed, and never sees medicines, results or the report for the doctor. The other parent sees the whole record. You can remove anyone at any time from the people page. Who sees what is written out on the privacy page.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to give your child, whether to start or stop something, or what a result means. This app is a notebook: it keeps what you and your doctors already did, in order. Those questions belong with the people who know your child.
If you or your child are in danger right now, do not write to us. Call your local emergency number. In Australia: 000. In Serbia: 194.
